Resident Reviews of Palo Verde East
- Sophomore | May 31
The showers look like prison showers and have lots of clogging issues. The toilets are stained and the carpets are dirty. The space in rooms vary one side of the suite is bigger than the other room. Only one sink per room and quite small. Common areas are decent most have kitchens. Loud noisy neighbors and terrible front desk people. Beds are not comfy and make alot of noise. Not much privacy.
