This dorm sucked. Caught fire first month, and flooded same day. Then we were displaced for a weekend, when they moved us back it it was not fixed. Oh, did I mention that the A/C didn't work for 2 months? Yeah pretty sweet. Bathrooms are gnarly, the shower liner is made of aggregate, and the hot water varies by room. Either you don't get any, or you feel like you're taking a shower in satan's ballsack. It was a place to sleep and nothing else. I would say that the people were cool, but the dorm was constantly broken or had places that were unavailable, meaning you had to go to the library to study, or manually close automatic doors, etc etc. Overall 2/10 rating. Also staff was pretty good with the exception of one CA, who seemed to have a personal vendetta against several residents. Try to get into Adelphi, Hassayampa, or Manzanita for your own personal well-being.
