Resident Reviews of Williams Hall

Transferred to Bradley University my junior year and moved into Williams Hall. It was the best decision I ever made. I became friends with the greatest group of guys. We came to be as close as brothers, so we decided to start our own "floorternity." It grew to over 70 members (including girls). 45 years later we are all still connected and try to see each other as often as time and distance allow.

Williams Hall overall is a decent hall that allows accessibility to different bed shapes in comparison to a lot of dorms on campus. It allows you to unloft your bed for more accessibility if climbing a ladder isn’t something you’re willing or able to do. This year in 2023 Williams Hall will be installing new desks in the rooms which are relatively similar in sizes and slightly skinnier than the old desks, these new desks allow for more space not only for the room itself but space to fit chairs and legs under the desk and a decent amount of storage and space for any studying persons need or even someone who likes to bring a full gaming setup. Williams Halls offers an open housing living on 1st floor (meaning anyone can live and be roommates with anyone regardless of gender) allowing safety and security of students who may want to be around people of similar nature. The 2nd and 3rd floor is home to the Honors Living which is for students who maintain at least above a 3.4 GPA during the school year. As someone who lived on this floor, usually everyone is very respectful of quiet hours and majority of the RA’s within the Williams building are in the honors program just in case rotation of RA’s is needed and you still want someone of similar experience. The 4th and 5th floor is home to General Housing which usually houses majority upperclassmen, however underclassmen can still live here based on the amount of rooms left available. Williams Hall has 2 washes and dryers on each floor and each floor is CoED (besides the 1st floor which is mixed gender), CoED meaning females live on one side and males live on the other and have their own separate bathrooms, this is included with a shared lounging room that has tables, a couch, a lounging chair, and a TV. Williams Hall also has a dining area where students can use their ID’s to get into during specific times of the day to eat as unlike Geisert Hall which is open the whole day until 8pm, Williams Hall dining is
