Awful to work with. No empathy whatsoever for my daughter's situation. We requested to get out of the lease at the beginning of summer when we had a death in the family and were faced with serious financial difficulties that made it impossible for my daughter to attend Drexel university or live at summit her sophomore year. In fact, she had to move back home with me to help with her severely disabled brother in Oregon and yet because Summit claimed we never spoke to them(a lie, unfortunately we unwisely trusted them and communicated over the phone so have no proof of this) and will not release us from the lease. We even offered to pay a hefty fine to terminate the lease and we received confirmation from Drexel releasing my daughter from housing responsibilities as well as paid 900 for the first months rent but because they can take needed money from my family (& as a single mom we don't have a lot) they don't care and would rather take everything we have. Absolutely no heart at all. We've explained the family emergency and situation many times and they do not do anything to compromise and help the situation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I wouldn't send my kid to Drexel either as they offer no help at all. They are not an institution I would trust to educate my child.
