Resident Reviews of Agave Apartments

Agave was a great place to live for 2 years of my experience at GCU. It is far from a lot of things and ver secluded, however it has its own LopesMart and is right next to the Colangelo College of Business, the tennis courts, and the Canyon Activities Center. It's also really close to the Missouri parking garage. The laundry rooms aren't very good and the payment system changed in 2020 to something way less convenient. I liked how quiet it was and the rooms were nice. Shared living areas are kind of small and there's not much counter space in the kitchen, which is kind of a bummer. It's not a terrible apartment but it's definitely not the best apartment at GCU.
