I would highly recommend Chapparal Hall to ANY incoming Freshman. I loved my experience there. Although the cabinets in the bathroom looked a tad bit older, and the shower was just a little bit smaller and older-looking than some of the other dorms in the Grove that I have seen, the location makes up for it. It has a pool, gym, AND a Lopes Mart. It is probably THE best location you are going to get Freshmen year. It is very close to the volleyball courts, and Lopes Way; which is a whole line of food places and basically the hangout spot where you will see all your friends!

Great freshmen dorm, I live in an apartment this year but Chap Hall is absolutely the dorm to be in!
