The room is very spacious and having a bathroom in each room is amazing. The common area only has a sink so make sure to get a microwave. Each room has a walk in closet that is also perfect sizing.

This hall is listed as an overflow hall by GCU's blog and is positioned as such. Ocotillo is the farthest residence hall from Lopes Way and the colleges, but is right next to a campus entrance which is useful if you want to take advantage of delivery services. The rooms themselves are spacious and have their own bathrooms. There is plenty of space for two people to share without being crowded, and the beds are fairly comfortable. Chaparral Hall definitely has more amenities, but it's so close by that those staying in Ocotillo can take advantage of those amenities as well. Overall, the place is nice and well-kept, and the RA's definitely demonstrate how much they care about both the facility and the students. I recommend for freshmen who can't get Chaparral and/or want close access to off-campus services.
