Do not live here unless you absolutely have to it has not been maintained at all. It is infested with roaches and the furniture as well as the bathroom appliances were falling apart. You have a full kitchen but you won't want to use it when everything is crawling with bugs. The furniture is old falling apart and in particular my couch had a funny smell. The side of my dresser was molded. Parking lot is atrocious. The pros? I guess that you have your own space. The closet is big. The air conditioning unit it in the livingroom so good luck staying cool at night.
