You will not be provided with a refrigerator so be prepared to shell out for that. There is also no elevator so if you are on a higher floor you are out of luck. Other than that the room is fine, not a ton of places to store your items but it's not bad. No bugs or foul smells. The bathroom isn't great but its not the worst I've been in. Again, very minimal places to store your items. But the bedroom was clean when I moved in and my room gets lots of natural light which I like. The "common area" is kind of a joke tbh. Just leftover furniture mostly. You'd be better off going to the library.
