Bathrooms are never checked for heath reasons. When u share with 4 people and they don’t clean it is disgusting. It says on web site that they do monthly bathroom inspections it is a lie,

While it is the oldest dorm on campus and still goes under renovations frequently, it isn't a bad first dorm to live if you make it look the way you want it to. Having UTK right downstairs is a lifesaver if you are on meal plan! It is a little far from campus but once you get used to campus, it won't seem that far at all. You share the bathroom with the people on the left of you and you will get to know them pretty quickly, the bathroom situation is a lot better than going to the communal ones in some dorms on campus in my opinion. The living situation isn't terrible but if you have good roommates and suitmates, that will make it a whole lot better!
