The Gardens Apartments are available to families, graduate students, students with dependent children, international students, US military veteran students, students who are at least 21 years old, and undergraduate students who have completed at least 30 semester hours or 2 semesters in residence at a 2 or 4 year college. All apartments come fully furnished. Features activity building with TV lounge and study space, outdoor playground, fitness room, and BBQ grills.

White Creek Apartments provides full-time undergraduate students with the opportunity to live in a fully furnished apartment.
