Somewhat thin walls, old, and the doorknobs can be confusing. Depending on where you are, the bathrooms might be convenient. I happen to be in the room right across from the bathroom. There are only two showers per bathroom. There are four bathrooms per floor and about twenty or so standard rooms per floor. The study space isn't great depending on the formatting of your room. My room had the desks directly under our beds with no room to write. However, our neighbors have a room with a different layout and more study space. The mattresses are extra-long twin size, so be prepared for that. The AC units aren't that great, so I'd bring a fan if you get hot easily. There are a lot of perks to the room depending on what layout you get. My room came with a huge wall-to-wall window, which is nice for natural light, and I have a beautiful view of the campus. My room also came with a TV, but I couldn't find the remote. My neighbors have a huge mirror in the middle of their room, which is nice for anyone getting ready in the morning. The floors can be creaky, and the building is really old (especially the doorknobs), but it isn't terrible. There aren't any water stains from what I can see, which is a nice surprise because it means they're maintaining the building. There is a kitchen, but it's just the regular stuff. Nothing special or bad about it in particular. The stairs aren't terrible. I wouldn't use the elevator for anything under four floors unless you're carrying heavy objects or have a long day. It's not really bad. The floors are generally easy to climb.
