Aquarius Courtyard
Aquarius Courtyard is one of three courtyards at Lake Claire Community Apartments. These apartments are all four bedroom, two bathroom units with living rooms and kitchens. The community has a central office building which includes the lounge, mail center, laundry, and vending, and is a short walk from the Lake Claire Recreation Center.
Brevard Hall
Brevard Hall is part of the Libra Community, which features six residence halls reserved for first-year students. The Libra community is home to the Libra Community Center, a common area with a large screen television, a common kitchen area, two laundry rooms, and an area for vending machines. The Libra community houses the Green House and Out-of-State students Living Learning Communities.
Citrus Hall
Citrus Hall is part of the Libra Community, which features six residence halls reserved for first-year students. The Libra community is home to the Libra Community Center, a common area with a large screen television, a common kitchen area, two laundry rooms, and an area for vending machines. Flagler Hall
Flagler Hall is part of the Libra Community, which features six residence halls reserved for first-year students. Gemini Courtyard
Gemini Courtyard is one of three courtyards at Lake Claire Community Apartments. These apartments are all four bedroom, two bathroom units with living rooms and kitchens. The community has a central office building which includes the lounge, mail center, laundry, and vending, and is a short walk from the Lake Claire Recreation Center.
Hercules Apartments
Hercules Apartments are in buildings 111 to 114 of the Hercules Community. Apartments are either 4 private bedrooms with 2 shared bathrooms or 2 private bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom, both with a living room and kitchen. These spaces are available for returning residents only.
Hercules Residence Halls
Hercules Residence Halls consist of buildings 108 to 110 in the Hercules Community. Suites feature two shared bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Residence halls are for first year students.
Lake Hall
Lake Hall is part of Apollo Community, which has the most centrally located residence halls of campus and is reserved exclusively for first-year students. Features suite-style floor plans. Includes a community lounge area, laundry room, and vending machines.
Neptune Community
Neptune Community contains buildings 156-158 and is the only community at UCF featuring suite-style housing with private bedrooms. Each floor includes a community living room, study space, kitchen, and laundry. The Neptune Community also features several larger community study spaces, a classroom, and a multipurpose space for programs and events.
Nike Apartments
Nike Apartments are located in buildings 104 to 107 of the Nike Community and are mostly for upper-class students. Apartments feature either 4 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms or 2 private bedrooms and 1 bathroom, both with living rooms and kitchens.
Nike Residence Halls
Nike Residence Halls consist of buildings 101 to 103 in the Nike Community. Suites feature two shared bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Residence halls are for first year students.
NorthView
NorthView is UCF Housing's newest student apartment community located just north of the Bright House Networks Stadium. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, game room, coffee bar, roof top sky deck, sand volleyball court, finnish sauna, secured access parking garage and 2 privately-owned community centers. All apartments are fully furnished and feature granite counters, washers and dryers in each unit, and all residents get a private bedroom and bathroom.
Orange Hall

Rosen College Apartments
Rosen College Apartments are located at the Rosen College Campus on Universal Boulevard neaer Sea World, Unviersal Orlando, and The Walt Disney World Resort. The Rosen College Apartments primarily serve hospitality majors of all years or those students who want to live and work near Orlando tourist destinations. Features a beautiful heated pool, study lounges on each floor, a central community center, free Rosen campus parking, free laundry facilities on each floor, and free coffee at the concierge lounge.
Seminole Hall

The Towers are also where The Burnett Honors College students may live.
