Living on the left side if your facing the road. On the ground floor essentially (3) and the main drawbacks are; occasionally foul odor (can only assume its coming from septic tanks or dumpsters right next to the building and wind takes it up), car noise, with thr road being like 20 feet away if theres a vehicle you will hear it even if they rnt trying to be loud which happens alot around campus, and finally the cherry on top the previously mentioned dumpsters right next to the building, with a total of 4 and in conjunction with hard working trash collectors you can expect to hear a pretty loud engine and beeping around 6am.
