Alice Lloyd Hall is home to the Lloyd Hall Scholars Program.

      Baits II is a mix-gender, first-year residence on North Campus. Features community learning center, living room, movie room, art studio, music practice rooms, laundry room, fitness space, gender inclusive restroom and the Grace Lee Boggs Lounge. Baits II houses the SubFree living learning community.

    • Bursley Hall

      Bursley Hall is a mixed-gender residence hall for mostly first-year students. Features student lounges, music practice rooms, laundry room, dining center, group work spaces and community convenience store. Bursley Hall is home to the SubFree and Living Arts learning communities.

      Couzens Hall is a mixed-gender residence hall located in the Hill Neighborhood. Features a community learning center, living room, community kitchen, performance area, game room, multipurpose room, music practice rooms and laundry rooms. Couzens Hall houses the 1st Gen and the Health Sciences Scholars Program.


    • East Quadrangle

      Features Keene Theater, art gallery, community learning center, student lounges, classrooms and seminar spaces, group work spaces, music practice rooms, dining center, Blue Cafe, game room, laundry room and gender inclusive restroom. East Quadrangle is home to the Gender Inclusive Living Experience, Innovation, and Residential College living community.


    • Fletcher Hall

      Features computer lab, group work spaces, study rooms, laundry room, game room and gender inclusive bathroom.


    • Graduate and Family Housing at Northwood I & II

      Northwood I & II provides furnished apartments to single graduates. University of Michigan offers a flat fee for all Northwood Apartments (no extra heat, water or electricity bills). Features basketball court, 24/7 security, 24 hour maintenance service, volleyball courts, outdoor grills, courtyard and on-site parking.


    • Helen Newberry

      Features computer lab, community learning center, piano lounge, laundry room and kitchenette. Helen Newberry houses the Adelia Cheever program.


    • Henderson House

      Henderson Hall is a small, close-knit community where residents share household responsibilities. Features a computer lab, screened patio, laundry room, student lounge and grand piano.


    • Martha Cook Building

      Martha Cook, an all-female hall is home to 140 first-year through graduate students. Features a computer lab, community learning center, community kitchen, student lounges, study rooms, piano lounge and laundry room.


    • Mary Markley Hall

      Mary Markley is a first-year, mixed-gender residence hall located in the Hill Neighborhood. Features a computer lab, student lounges, laundry room, dining center, community learning center, and a gender inclusive restroom.


    • Mosher-Jordan Hall

      Mosher-Jordan Hall is a first-year, mixed-gender residence hall located in the Hill Neighborhood. Features a computer lab, community learning center, community kitchen, dance and fitness studio, piano lounge, laundry room, and a gender inclusive restroom. Mosher-Jordan Hall houses the Michigan Research and Discovery Scholars and Women In Science and Engineering Residence Program learning communities.


    • Munger Graduate Residences

      Munger Graduate Residences are designed specifically for graduate and professional level students from all U-M schools and colleges. Features furnished apartments with 6 or 7 single-occupancy bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom, as well as a very large kitchen, dining room and community space. Features a movie room, pool table, indoor bicycle parking, fitness space, outdoor seating, rooftop running track, group work spaces, music practice rooms and a gender inclusive restroom.


    • North Quadrangle

      North Quad is attached to an Academic complex that focuses on international and intercultural experiences. Features a television production studio, classrooms and seminar spaces, community learning center, performance area, student lounges, community kitchen, group work spaces, dining center, Blue cafe, courtyard and laundry room. North Quadrangle is home to the International Impact theme, Global Scholars Program and Max Kade German Residence.


    • Northwood III

      Northwood III is a community of eight buildings that provide homes to undergraduates. There are one and two bedroom apartments in Northwood III, and each unit has a shared bathroom, a kitchen and an area for studying and dining. Features a community center, laundry room, group work spaces, and houses the Transfer Year Experience.


    • Northwood IV & V

      The unfurnished townhouses of Northwood IV & V feature a main floor living space, upstairs sleeping spaces and a basement room for storage. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer. Features 24 hour maintenance service, 24/7 security, basketball court, community gardens, courtyard, on-site parking, playgrounds, soccer field and volleyball courts.


    • Oxford House

      Oxford is a mixed-gender community made up of seven small apartment houses. Features community kitchens, computer lab, study rooms, student lounges, outdoor grills, courtyard, fitness space, laundry room and gender inclusive restroom. Oxford House is home to the Sustainable Living Experience.


    • South Quadrangle

      Features Blue Cafe, laundry room. group work spaces, music practice rooms, dining center, study rooms, game room, gender inclusive restroom, Afro American Lounge and Yuri Kochiyama Lounge. South Quadrangle houses the Honors Program living learning community.


    • Stockwell Hall

      Stockwell is a mixed-gender residence hall located in the Hill Neighborhood, and houses second-year students. Features a community learning center, community kitchen, study rooms, music practice rooms, laundry room and a gender inclusive restroom. Stockwell Hall houses the Second-Year Experience.


    • Triangle House

      Houses members of the Triangle fraternity.


    • West Quadrangle & Cambridge House

      West Quadrangle is connected to the Michigan Union. Features study rooms, multipurpose room, group work spaces, community kitchen, laundry room, community learning center, creative suite and Asubuhi multicultural lounge. West Quadrangle houses the Multicultural Housing Community and the Michigan Community Scholars Program.
