Resident Reviews of Lawther Hall

The lock system here is veryyyyy annoying. Never walk out of your room without a card, it’ll be a 30 minute ordeal of getting a temporary key card, then after three times you get charged $15…because that seems fair? I mean call me spoiled if you want, but what’s wrong with regular locks? Why did Lawther need to have every bathroom, room, and even the elevator locked down via keycard lock? Is assault so bad at UNI that students can’t be trusted, or is it just a clever trick to siphon even more money from students pockets? $7,000 a semester should cover extra keycards
