Annenberg House
Annenberg House is a residential community for currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students of communication, journalism and public relations, and their roommates, regardless of school affiliation. Features a study/reading room, a computer room, a TV lounge with an AV system, a gym and two large laundry rooms. Annenberg House is home to the Annenberg Communications special interest program.
Bel-Air
Bel-Air is a small apartment building with one- and two-bedroom apartments for married students and families. Bel-Air fosters a safe, communal atmosphere for families.
Birnkrant Residential College
Birnkrant has seven floors of student housing, each divided into men's and women's rooms. Features a laundry room, music practice lounge, study area, a Starbucks and a television lounge. Birnkrant Residential College houses the APIDA Leadership Community.
Cale and Irani Residential College
The Cale and Irani Residential College is comprised of two colleges within one building. Features a fitness center, a large courtyard, FedEx mail center and a customer service center.
Cardinal 'N Gold
Cardinal 'N Gold offers accommodations for students committed to a sustainable lifestyle. Features partially solar powered air-conditioning and electricity and a desk area.
Cardinal Gardens
Cardinal Gardens is an apartment complex consisting of nine individual townhouse-style buildings, and houses students in fully furnished one and two-bedroom apartments. Features a central courtyard, a lounge with a TV, and pool and foosball tables.
Centennial
Centennial is an off-campus apartment building for graduate students. Features a student lounge with a flat screen TV, an open court yard patio and barbecue deck and a private fitness center. Centennial houses the Occupational Therapy House.
Century
Houses upperclassmen students in two large buildings surrounding a central open area with a lawn, pool and customer service center. Features a recreation room, lounge seating, vending machines, a swimming pool, basketball and beach volleyball courts and a large grassy area. Century houses the Rainbow Floor special interest community.
College Hall
Features a workout area. The New Residential College houses the Cinema Floors.
Cowlings and Ilium Residential College
Cowlings and Ilium Residnetial College offers multiple types of apartments for undergraduate students. Features a Trader Joe's specialty grocery, a Target Express, Core Power Yoga, a hair salon, two expansive courtyards, and a customer service center.
Currie Hall
Provides fully furnished apartments with cable TV, water, sewer and trash included, and high speed internet. Features a fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor gathering pavilions, barbecue grills, multimedia area, recreation center, 24-hour on-call staff, bicycle storage, 24-hour academic success center with iMacs, group and private study lounges.
Elizabeth Von KleinSmid Memorial Hall
Features the Everybody's Kitchen dining facility and a Customer Service Center.
Fairmont
Fairmont is a favorite choice for graduate students looking for their own space at a competitive price, and offers a mix of studios, bachelor and one and two-bedroom apartments. Features a deck area, included utilities, digital premium cable and high-speed internet service.
Fluor Tower
Houses freshman students in suites, with each suite containing a common area, air conditioning and a suite bathroom. Features television viewing area, community kitchen and a customer service center. Fluor Tower houses the Somerville Floor and El Sol y La Luna Special Interest programs.
Founders
Founders is home to the Masters of Laws housing program for LLM/MCL students at the Gould School of Law. Features courtyard sundecks, a 24-hour workout center and a ground level garage.
Harris Hall
Features a laundry room on every floor, with sinks in most rooms, study rooms and television lounges on each floor.
Helena
Helena is a typical one-story California-style apartment building. The building offers shared and single accommodations for graduate students in a mix of room types. Features a central courtyard.
Hillview
Hillview provides large two-bedroom apartments for graduate students. Features a small cardio fitness area, a modern study room, a TV lounge and a small barbecue area. HIllview is home to the Chemistry graduate housing program.
La Sorbonne
La Sorbonne is a quiet apartment building that is popular due to its varied floor plans. Features a new picnic and stone-barbecue area and limited parking.
Manor
Manor is a small two-story apartment building featuring one and two bedroom apartments for graduate students. Features a small deck area and a parking lot.
Marks Hall
Features a TV lounge, a study lounge, a laundry room, an exercise area, a lawn and garden plaza.
Marks Tower
Features a lounge with study tables and a television area. Marks Tower houses the Great Outdoors Floor special interest program.
Max Kade House
Max Kade House is a small two-story house for female graduate students. Features a communal living room with TV, a small fitness room, a kitchen and a dining area.
McCarthy Honors College
Houses residents of McCarthy Honors College in suites. Features dining hall, classrooms, large lobby and a Housing customer service center.
Nemirovsky and Bohnett Residential College
Nemirovsky and Bohnett Residential College offers varied style apartments to upperclassmen. Features a Starbucks, private outdoor lounge, indoor bike parking and a customer service center.
Pacific
Pacific is a large apartment building for graduate students. Features a recreation room with a flat screen television, a study room, a stone patio deck and a small fitness room. Pacific houses the Marshall School of Business Graduate Housing Program.
Pardee Tower
Each floor of Pardee Tower has 18 double rooms, a common bathroom and a laundry facility. Features large-second floor lounge with TVs, comfortable seating area and kitchenette, two music practice lounges, study lounge and a Customer Service Center. Pardee Tower houses the Businesses Floors special interest program.
Parkside Apartments
Part of the Parkside Residential Community, Parkside Apartments; two six-story buildings offer a variety of on-campus apartment choices to undergraduates. Features three laundry rooms and a lounge. Parkside Apartments houses the Shalom and Muslim Floor special interest programs.
Parkside Arts & Humanities Residential College
The suites of the Arts & Humanities Residential College offer residents the opportunity to be part of an exciting and groundbreaking program, focusing on arts-related activities. Features a performing space, a multipurpose room, music practice rooms, a collaborative learning center, lounges on each floor, a recreation room, a laundry room, a customer service center and an arcade room. Parkside Arts & Humanities houses the Art & Architecture and Performing and Creative Arts special interest programs.
Parkside International Residential College
Parkside International Residential College houses students from both the US and around the world. Features a collaborative learning center for group study, formal and informal meeting and seminar spaces, music rooms, lounges, recreation room with exercise equipment, a dining hall and a customer service center.
Priam Residential College
Priam Residential College provides a varied selection of apartment types for sophomores, juniors and seniors. Features an outdoor patio deck and a customer service center. This building is home to Priam Residential College for Innovation and Design.
Regal Trojan
Regal Trojan one- and two-bedroom apartments for students with families. All apartments have living room air conditioning. Features a central courtyard and multiple sundecks.
Regent
Regent is a small building housing married students and students with families. Features a central courtyard.
Senator
Senator offers furnished one-bedroom apartments available for year-round occupancy by families or married students.
Seven Gables
Seven Gables is a a two-story apartment building offers studios for graduate students. Features a small laundry room and included utilities.
Severance Street Apartments
Severance Street Apartments is a large house that is divided into six apartments, all with individual bedrooms and a shared living area and kitchen. Features built-in barbecue unit and limited parking.
Sierra
Sierra primarily houses PhD candidates in the Viterbi School of Engineering. Features a lounge, a spacious patio, customer service center and the ground floor garage.
Stardust
Stardust is a two-story building with, studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Features a central courtyard and limited parking.
Sunset
Sunset provides married students and families the option of living a smaller, quieter two-story apartment building. The building's bachelor units are reserved for single graduate students.
Terrace
Terrace is reserved housing for JD students at the USC Gould School of Law. Features a TV, ping pong and billiards lounge, a study room, an outdoor barbecue area and a workout room. Terrace houses the Law Program special interest community.
TKE East Fraternity House
Houses members of the Beta-Sigma chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon. Features parking garage, kitchenettes and a recreation room.
Trojan Hall
Features lounges, TV area and lounges, study room and laundry facility.
Troy East
Troy East combines with adjoining Troy Hall to form the new Master's village. Features cardio fitness center, study rooms, large recreation rooms, central court, conference room and a Customer Service Center.
Troy Hall
Troy Hall is home to the new Master's Vilalge and houses first and second year graduate students, along with some undergraduate upperclassmen. Features a central court with an open grassy area, a conference room that features a digital AV system, recreation lounge with TV and billiards, study rooms, fitness center and limited parking.
Troyland
Troyland offers single-occupancy studios and one-bedroom units with bathrooms and full kitchens. Features a deck area with barbecue and patio tables.
Twin Palms
Twin Palms is a cozy two-story graduate structure with a variety of apartment styles. All of Twin Palm's bedrooms are single occupancy.
University Hall
Features laundry rooms on each floor, as well as study rooms and TV lounges.
University Regent
University Regent is three stories tall, with a gated garage and large laundry room on the first floor and the living areas on the second and third. A popular choice for students who choose to live alone in a quiet setting.
Vista
Vista is a small building for graduate students, and features a variety of apartment configurations. Features a barbecue and patio deck area.
Webb Tower
Webb is USC's tallest building, with each floor housing eight apartments. There is a television lounge as well as a study room on the first floor.
Windsor
Windsor Apartments offers graduate residents the option of living in a quiet, two story apartment building. Features a laundry room, in-ground barbecue and patio table.
