Stanford is known for mold issues, so they give you a tiny humidifier. We happen to bring one, so two seemed to do the trick. Also, our tower fan cooled the air a bit and that kept things fresh. The rooms are very small, so the L-shaped configuration made it better. Mom mom went a little nuts with the prep to enhance the space. Headboards aren't allowed, but she secured a board to the back of the desk so my head wouldn't fall through the hutch gap.

A great dorm. Yeah, they give you a de-humidifier to keep mold out. You just have to empty it. Its a fun dorm, but space is a little tight but no one seems to care. Its a fun place to be.
