      Overall Dorm Grade

Here’s just a list of things I experienced this year: - fleas in the basement - roaches everywhere - multiple water pipe bursts - water damage to students closets that the university didn’t cover because they “weren’t negligent” - brown tap water - only boiling hot or ice cold showers - no AC for two months - no heat all winter - window didn’t close (my neighbours didn’t open) - wasps all around the building - falling ceiling tiles - flooded basement (x5) - flooded hallway - bathrooms without soap or toilet paper - broken washing machines (that don’t return any change deposited) And that’s just off of the top of my head. It’s close to campus and Taos, though, so there’s that. You get what you pay for.
